Loose Dog Report—02/08/10
Way in, 7:25 am, after I turned left onto Seward Street and just passed Wells Fargo— a small black labbish dog materialized, running after me, with an orange collar on. It zig-zagged about, in front of and behind cars, and followed me down work’s driveway. It detoured onto Mel Osborne’s property.
